Suspect Wanted for Robbing Islandia Pharmacy

Islandia, NY - March 19th, 2015 -  Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who robbed an Islandia pharmacy this month.

A man entered Rite Aid Pharmacy, located at 1968 Veterans Memorial Highway, and approached a cashier to purchase a soft drink on March 9 at approximately 1:45 p.m. When the employee opened the cash register, the suspect struggled with her and grabbed money from the drawer.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
