NCPD Crime Alert: Man Wanted for Robbing Baldwin Gas Station

Baldwin, NY - March 18th, 2014 - The First Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred on March 18, 2014 at 4:15 AM in Baldwin.

According to detectives, a 18 year old male victim was working as a cashier at the Shamrock Gas Station, 17 West Merrick Road, when a male black wearing dark clothing and a mask entered the store, displayed a black handgun and demanded money.  The victim complied and the subject fled the scene on foot eastbound on Merrick Road.  Proceeds were an undetermined amount of US currency.  There were no reported injuries.
