Riverhead, NY - March 15, 2017 - The trial for the former manager of an east end golf course who was arrested in 2015 for taking an inappropriate photograph of a young girl starts tomorrow in Riverhead, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said.

Lee, 47, of Ronkonkoma, allegedly took the photo with his cellphone from behind a one-way window while the victim, described by police as under the age of 17, sat on a bench near the clubhouse of The Poxabogue Golf Center in Sagaponack.

Judge John J. Toomey (third floor of the courthouse) will preside at the trial scheduled to start at 11:15 Thursday (3/16) morning.
