Duo Wanted for Assaulting, Mugging Man in Roosevelt

Roosevelt, NY - March 14th, 2016 - The First Squad reports the details of a Robbery that occurred at 6:05am on Sunday, March 13, 2016 in Roosevelt.
 
According to Detectives, the male victim, 28, and the male witness, 27, were standing next to the victim’s vehicle that was parked in front of the In and Out Deli located at 498 Nassau Road. 
 
The two males were approached by two unknown male suspects and after a few minutes a physical altercation ensued over a cell phone and the victim’s cell phone was then taken away from him. The victim fled the scene on foot after the suspects motioned to have a weapon, however none was displayed.  
 
At that time, the suspects ordered the witness into the victim’s vehicle and the suspects entered the vehicle as well. A short time later, the victim returned to the scene and was ordered into the vehicle. All four individuals then drove off in the victim’s 2014 Nissan Altima, color blue with a NY registration of HEJ-4257. 
 
 The victim and witness were able to flee the vehicle in the vicinity of Milburn Avenue and Harold Avenue in Hempstead.  The I-Phone 6 and vehicle have not been recovered.  No injuries have been reported.
 
Suspect one is described as a male black, tall, short cropped hair, a mustache and wearing a black sweatshirt.
 
Suspect two is described as a male black, short, a mustache and wearing a black jacket, black skinny jeans and a red colored Detroit Red Wings hat.
