Melville, NY - March 7, 2014 - Join us, meet our members and hear why 100 Women Who Care about Long Island is making such an impact on Long Island!  We are 75 members strong after only 3 one-hour meetings!

Our members have voted on and contributed over $15,000 to 3 deserving Nassau and Suffolk County charities:
Theresa Academy of Performing Arts
Hospice Care Network
Pal-O-Mine Equestrian
On April 8 hear from Christin Paglen JD, Vice President of Development for the Hospice Care Network and Lisa Gatti, Founder and Director of Pal-O-Mine Equestrian on how they will be using their donation to serve fellow Long Islanders.

After their presentations, listen and watch how we select the next charity recipient and learn a little more about each of our members.

Most non-members that attend our meetings are so excited about being part of the group, and making a difference in the community, that they join and contribute at the meeting.

100 Women Who Care about Long Island is a philanthropic group formed for local women who are interested in supporting our communities by contributing to Long Island charities together as a group to increase the donation impact.

As individuals it is difficult to make a very large impact, but as a group we have the ability to contribute to the growth of our communities in ways that we never before thought possible.  The size of our quarterly donations is limited only by the members we have!

Our April 8 meeting is from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm at Jewel Restaurant in Melville (RUBIE CORPORATE PLAZA on Route 110 just south of the LIE).  After the meeting we invite you to join us for some socializing and networking.  There will be complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar available.
