Long Beach, NY - March 2, 2017 - The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Fatal Vehicular Accident that occurred on Thursday, March 02, 2017 at 6:32 am in Long Beach.

According to Detectives, a vehicle driving westbound on E. Park Avenue struck Deborah Batus, 63, of Long Beach while she was pushing a baby carriage that was filled with miscellaneous garbage, not a child, at the intersection of Pacific Boulevard.  Batus was transported to Long Beach Hospital and pronounced at 7:05 am.

The investigation is still under investigation.
