SCPD Crime Alert: Man Wanted for Petit Larceny in Centereach
Centereach, NY - February 25, 2015 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Sixth Precinct Crime Section are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a man who stole from a Centereach store this month.
On February 8, 2015 at approximately 3:15 p.m., a man entered Walmart located at 161 Centereach Mall and stole a Dyson DC33 Multi Floor Vacuum valued at approximately $350. The man fled in a gray 2003 Toyota Sienna with New York license plates, GUE9316.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 40-45 years old with a goatee. He was wearing a black coat and black winter cap.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
