Antique WW2-Era Machine Gun Stolen from Bay Shore Marine Corps. League

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Third Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the person or people who stole an antique gun from Bay Shore this month.
 
An inoperable WWI-era MG 08 machine gun was stolen from the roof of the Bay Shore Marine Corps. League Detachment, located at 2055 Sunrise Highway, sometime this month. The theft was reported on February 18. The item is valued at approximately $20,000. 
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
