NCPD reports the arrest of Tyler Lima of Levittown, 18, for Reckless Endangerment.

Levittown, NY - February 20, 2018 - The Second Squad reports the arrest of a Levittown man for Reckless Endangerment that occurred on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 4:45 p.m. in Levittown.
 
According to Detectives, the victim was riding his bike on Division Avenue when the subject, Tyler Lima, 18, started following him on foot, yelling threats. The victim then fled on his bike, fearing for his safety. The subject began following the victim in his black Honda sedan for multiple blocks, at one point following him the wrong way down a one-way street. The victim eventually got away from Lima and called the police. The subject, who was known to the victim, was later arrested at his home without incident.
 
The defendant is being charged with Reckless Endangerment 1st Degree. He will be arraigned on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at First District Court, Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
