Duo Wanted for Robbing Franklin Square Bank

Franklin Square, NY - Febrauary 20th, 2015 - The Major Case Bureau is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 5:45 pm in Franklin Square.

According to detectives, two male blacks, one armed with a handgun, entered the Chase Bank, 654 Franklin Avenue. Both subjects approached separate tellers and demanded money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subjects fled the bank out of the rear door and into the parking lot.

During the Robbery there were six employees and four customers present, none of whom were injured. They described the subjects as follows:

1. 18-23 years old, 5’7”- 5’8” tall, slim build, 155-160 pounds with a dark complexion. He was wearing a knit cap, bandana, black ski mask, gray or white pullover sweatshirt with black lettering, black sweatpants, latex gloves and was armed with a small black handgun.

2. 18-23 years old, 5’7”- 5’8” tall, slim build, 155-160 pounds with a dark complexion. He was wearing a knit cap, black ski mask, gray or white pullover sweatshirt, black sweatpants, dark sneakers and latex gloves.
