Raising Cane’s originally announced their proposed expansion into the Tri-State Area in 2024, stating at the time that they intended to open hundreds of locations across New York State.

The chain is known for their fried chicken, which is marinated and battered, their secret dipping sauce, and chicken sandwiches that come with sides such as crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast.
