NCPD Investigating Uniondale Robbery

Uniondale, NY - February 16, 2014 - The First Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 12:10 PM in Uniondale.
 
According to detectives, an unknown subject removed a pair of Beats headphones and a Tom-Tom GPS from the shelf at Walmart, 1123 Jerusalem Avenue. After trying to exit the store, the subject was stopped by store security.  A struggle ensued and the subject fled the scene west toward Jerusalem Avenue.  The subject is described as a male hispanic, 5’6” tall, approximately 220 pounds, wearing a dark jacket, white tee shirt and grey sweatpants.  The subjects’ jacket and tee shirt which came off during the struggle along with the Beats headphones were recovered at the scene.  There were no reported injuries.
