NYS Police: Shirley Man in Custody, Charged with Forcibly Touching a Child
Southampton, NY - February 15, 2019 - On February 14, 2019, the New York State Police arrested Edward Quinn, 54, of Shirley for Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, less than 17 years of age.
The arrest stemmed from an incident which occurred on September 6, 2018 in Southampton, Suffolk County, NY. Mr. Quinn is being held for arraignment at the Town of Southampton Court.
