Trader Joe’s is pleased to announce the grand opening of their newest location in Miller Place, NY.
Trader Joe’s newest Long Island store is a newly constructed 13,500 square foot building located at located at 300 Route 25A.
The store opened to shoppers on February 12th and is scheduled to hold its official ribbon-cutting ceremony with Town of Brookhaven officials on Monday, February 16th at 8:30am.
Breslin Realty has a long history with Trader Joe’s through leasing or building all of their Long Island locations as well as their store in Yorktown Heights. Miller Place marks the company’s eighth market on Long Island.
This transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.
