Seaford Roslyn Savings Bank Robbed; Nassau Police Seeking Lone Suspect

According to detectives, an unknown male entered the bank, approached a teller, and passed a demand note for money.

Seaford, NY - February 9, 2018 - Major Case Bureau detectives report the details of a Bank Robbery that occurred on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 12:28 pm in Seaford.
 
According to detectives, an unknown male entered the Roslyn Savings Bank, 4055 Merrick Road, approached one of the bank’s tellers and passed a demand note for money. The teller complied and the subject fled with an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency. There were three bank employees and no customers present. No injuries were reported.
 
The subject is described as being a white male, in his 30’s, wearing a maroon hooded sweatshirt, dark jacket and sunglasses.
