Man Injured in Serious Vehicular Accident in Baldwin

Baldwin, NY - February 6, 2015 - The First Squad is investigating a Serious Vehicular Auto Accident that occurred in Baldwin on Friday, February 06, 2015 at 5:18 am.
 
According to detectives, First Precinct Police Officers responded to an overturned auto that hit a utility pole in front of 2570 Millburn Avenue. Upon arrival First Precinct Police officer’s observed a 2014 Jeep on its roof 100 feet south of a downed utility pole. A 38 year old male was ejected from the vehicle and found lying in the street with severe bleeding from his pelvic area.
 
The male victim was transported to a local hospital in a Nassau County Police Ambulance and treated for a broken pelvis, femur, and ruptured bladder. He is listed in critical but stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
