Hate Crimes Unit Seeking Person Responsible for Graffiti in Dix Hills

Dix Hills, NY - February 6, 2014 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Hate Crimes Unit detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the person or persons responsible for spray-painting graffiti in Dix Hills.
 
Graffiti was spray-painted on several road signs and a swastika was spray-painted on the garage door of a residence located at 111 Ryder Ave., Dix Hills, between February 3 at 6:30 p.m. and February 4, 2014 at 7 a.m.
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
