Cops: Five Female Suspects Accused of Stealing from Multiple Nassau County Victoria’s Secret Locations

Suspects have all been charged with Grand Larceny, according to authorities.

Nassau County, NY - February 5, 2019 - Major Case Bureau-Burglary Pattern Team reports the Arrest of five (5) females for Grand Larceny that occurred multiple dates throughout Nassau County.
 
According to detectives, the defendants entered the following Victoria’s Secret locations on the following dates and removed items from the shelves, passing all points of purchase without attempting to pay:
 
  • January 24, 2019 at 5:55 p.m.-358 N. Broadway Mall, Hicksville.
  • January 24, 2019 at 4:25 p.m.-3527 Long Beach Rd., Oceanside.
  • February 2, 2019 at 2:10 p.m.-358 N. Broadway Mall, Hicksville.
  • February 2, 2019 at 1:13 p.m. 1450 Union Tpke., New Hyde Park.
Coordinated surveillance and investigation led to the arrest of the following females on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 3:45 p.m.:
 
  • Ariel Phipps, 19, of Far Rockaway. She is charged with two counts of Grand Larceny 4th Degree.
  • Adrian Phipps, 18, of Far Rockaway. She is charged with two counts of Grand Larceny 4th Degree.
  • Adriana Phipps, 18, of Far Rockaway. She is charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree.
  • Mariah Pearson, 20, of Arverne, NY. She is charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree.
  • Armoni Nesbit, 21, of Far Rockaway. She is charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree.
All of the defendants were arraigned on Monday, February 4, 2019 at First District Court, Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
