Fatal Drug Overdose Investigation Leads to Arrest of Hicksville Man, Officials Report
Hicksville, NY - February 5, 2018 - The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a Hicksville man on Friday, February 02, 2018 at 3:10 pm in Hicksville.
According to Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives, an investigation into a fatal overdose of a Nassau County resident led to the arrest of Jose Turcios, 22.
Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives placed the defendant under arrest on the above listed time and date.
Defendant Turcios is charged with Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 3rd Degree, Criminal Sale of a controlled Substance 3rd Degree and three (3) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. He will be arraigned on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at First District Court, Hempstead.
