They also have their Pescatarian, with vegetable broth, faux shoyu seasoning, thin noodle, seven spice shrimp, seasoned egg, dried bonito, wood ear mushroom, baby corn, fried red onion, and scallion ($18).

The menu has a variety of rice bowls with beef, chicken teriyaki, shrimp teriyaki, and tofu.

On Yelp, Katelynn W, of Seaford, said she had a wonderful experience.

“The service was great and the food was delicious,” she wrote. “We loved the traditional Japanese ramen experience, with a healthy twist. Everything was extremely fresh and flavorful.”
