Freeport / Rockville Center - January 27, 2017 - At the request of the Nassau County Police Department Detective Bureau, a New York State Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert has been issued relating to the disappearance of Ligia Aricapa; age 90; from Freeport, NY at 3:39 pm on January 27, 2017.

Aricapa is a missing vulnerable adult with Alzheimer's disease. She was last seen leaving Our Holy Redeemer Church on Merrick Road, Rockville Center, New York at 12:47 PM on Friday, January 27. She was wearing a burgandy jacket, red pants, black shoes and carrying a black pocketbook. She may be lost and confused and speaks Spanish only.
