Nassau County Police Department: Oil Delivery Driver Robbed
Roosevelt, NY - January 27, 2014 - The Robbery Squad reports the details of a Robbery that occurred on Monday, January 27, 2014 at 7:59 a.m. in Roosevelt.
According to detectives, a male Petro Oil delivery driver, 41 years of age, was making a delivery on Margaret Drive when he was approached by a male black, who displayed a hand gun and demanded his money. The victim complied and the subject fled on foot northbound on Margaret Drive with an unknown amount of U.S. currency. The subject is further described as; 15-20 years of age, 5’5”– 5’7” tall, thin build, wearing a black hooded puffy jacket, dark mask, gloves and blue jeans. No injuries were reported.
