North Amityville Man Arrested After Firing Gun at Gentleman’s Club, Cops Say

Farmingdale, NY - January 21, 2019 - Suffolk County Police arrested a man after he fired a gun at a Farmingdale gentleman’s club on Saturday, January 19.
 
First Precinct officers responded to Mirage Gentleman’s Club, located at 101 Route 109, at approximately 3:40 a.m. after a 911 caller reported a possible fight involving guns in the parking lot. When officers arrived, Police Officer Matias Ferreira saw Greg A. Goodley removing something from his waistband which he later determined was a gun. Goodley then raised the weapon and fired it in the direction of the nightclub. 
 
Officer Ferreira demanded Goodley place the weapon on the ground, which he did and was taken into custody without incident. No injuries were reported.
 
Goodley, 25, of North Amityville, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, Criminal Use of a Firearm 2nd Degree, and Reckless Endangerment 1st Degree.
 
Goodley is being held overnight in the First Precinct and will be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on January 20.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
