NCPD Crime Alert: Westbury Hess Station Robbed

Westbury, NY - January 20th, 2015 - The Major Case Bureau is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Monday, January 19, 2015 at 9:14 pm in Westbury.

According to Robbery Squad detectives, a male black subject entered the Hess Gas Station located at 880 Old Country Road and demanded cash from a 36 year old male employee while displaying a silver handgun. After obtaining an undetermined amount of US currency and several packs of cigarettes the subject then fled on foot in an unknown direction. The male black subject is described as 5’11” – 6’ tall, thin build, dark clothing, black mask.

There were no injuries reported. There were no customers present at the time of the incident.
