Middle Island, NY - January 20th, 2015 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the woman responsible for stealing items from a Middle Island store in July of 2014.

A woman entered Wal-Mart, located at 750 Middle Country Road, on July 30, 2014 at approximately 1:20 p.m. and stole clothing and a thermal bag. The suspect was seen fleeing in a green 1997 Chevrolet Blazer.

The woman is described as black. She was wearing blue jeans, a purple shirt and a white hat.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
