SCPD Crime Alert: East Farmingdale Bank Robbed
East Farmingdale, NY - January 18th, 2014 - Suffolk County Police Pattern Crime Unit detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred at the M&T Bank in East Farmingdale today.
A man entered the bank, located at 120 Broad Hollow Road, at approximately 4 p.m., approached a teller and produced a note demanding cash. The teller complied with the robber’s demand. The suspect fled with an undetermined amount of cash.
The robber is described as a heavyset black male, 6 feet to 6 feet 4 inches tall.
