Man Arrested for Public Lewdness in Valley Stream

Valley Stream, NY - January 17th, 2014 - The Fourth Squad reports the Arrest of a Lynbrook man for Public Lewdness that occurred in Valley Stream at 9:25am on January 17, 2014.

According to Detectives, defendant David K. Aronov, 21, of 86 Atlantic Avenue did park his Nissan Maxima, color white, in front of 135 Fletcher Avenue on January 16th and 17th at 8:20am.  As the defendant sat in the driver’s seat he did proceed to expose himself and perform a sexual act in front of a sixteen year old female victim.  As she continued walking past, the victim took a picture of the defendant’s license plate, contacted school officials and Nassau Police responded to the scene.  A short time later, Police Officers located the defendant in his vehicle a couple of blocks from the scene.  He was arrested without incident.

Defendant David K. Aronov is charged with two counts of Public Lewdness.  He will be arraigned on January 18, 2014 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
