Man Wanted for Shoplifting from East Setauket Walmart

East Setauket, NY - January 15th, 2015 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who stole items from a Setauket store twice this month.

A man entered Walmart, located at 3990 Nesconset Highway, and stole a television and clothing on January 10 at 8 p.m. Two days later, he returned to the store and stole a Shark vacuum at 6:15 p.m. The suspect was confronted by security outside the store and the suspect fled without the proceeds. The suspect got into the passenger seat of a waiting white pickup truck

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
