NCPD Crime Alert: Two Men Wanted for Robbing Hempstead Gas Station

Hempstead, NY - January 16th, 2014 - Third Squad detectives are investigating a Robbery that occurred on January 14, 2014 at 5:15 pm in Hempstead.

According to detectives, 2 male blacks, both wearing masks covering their faces, one being armed with a handgun, entered the Shamrock Gas Station, 404 Clinton Street and demanded cash from the 25 year old male manager. After opening the register, the subjects removed an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the station southbound on Clinton Street.

The uninjured victim described one of the subjects as being 6’ tall and wearing dark clothing. He was unable to describe the other subject.
