Suffolk Police: Three Men in Custody for Stabbing Teenager in Back

Huntington Station, NY - January 10, 2019 - Suffolk County Police today arrested three males for stabbing a teenager in Huntington Station on Wednesday, January 9.
 
During an altercation between two groups a 16-year-old male was stabbed in his back in the rear of Burger King, located at 837 New York Avenue at approximately 3:30 p.m. The victim was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
 
Nobeli Montes Zuniga, 20, of Huntington Station, Ramon Arevalo Lopez, 19, of Huntington Station, and Oscar Canales Molina, 17, of Huntington Station were all charged with Assault 2nd Degree.
 
The men will be held overnight at the Second Precinct and are scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on January 10.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
