New York State recently unveiled an app that will help you determine if you are eligible for a Covid-19 vaccine. They’re calling it the “Am I Eligible?” App.

 

The application can help people figure out which phase they will be eligible to receive the vaccine. Phases are determined by risk factor and medical need. Once eligible, residents can use the tool to locate a provider to administer the vaccine, and schedule an appointment.
