Woman Arrested for DWI following Coram Motor Vehicle Crash, Police Report
Coram, NY - January 2, 2019 - Suffolk County Police arrested a Ronkonkoma woman for driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle crash in Coram on Tuesday, January 1.
Marta Garcia Ochoa was driving a 1999 Volkswagen Jetta southbound on Route 112, at the intersection of Middle Country Road, when she lost control of the vehicle causing it to crash and flip over at 12 a.m. There were no injuries.
Garcia Ochoa, 31, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-Previous Conviction in 10 Years, Use of a Vehicle without Interlock Device Installed and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree. She was held overnight and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Wednesday, January 2.
