Position Summary: While adhering to department and company policies, this role routes initial service packets as well as the re-routing of service packets to Out of State servers within the approved server network and the established time frame and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Route complete service packets to servers via email or overnight based on server requirements, • Obtain price quotes from identified servers who are not reflected on the approved server network, • Provide out of state servers detailed instructions/procedures based on required client specifics, • Ensure files are updated to “attempting out of state” within 24 hours of receipt, • Provide servers with affidavits of service/non-service to complete upon completion of service, • Ensure all forms, notices and exhibits provided in service packets are listed on affidavit of service/non service, • Respond to service teams requests within the established guidelines, • Analyze case(s) through troubleshooting and problem solving, determine appropriate action based on state and client requirements, • Apply critical quality review to ensure required information is accurate on all address data, • Build strong working relationships with servers and co-workers to ensure timely resolution to problems and work related transactions, • Add case, defendant and address level notices to company systems regarding communication with servers, • Become familiar with rules of Civil Procedure, • Performs other related duties as required. • Other Duties & Responsibilities: Back up team members and assist other teams as required. May be required to help match / scrub mail. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills): • High School diploma or equivalent, • Two years of verifiable work experience, • Requires a high level of work ethic, • Must demonstrate proficient organizational skills • Ability to interact effectively with customers (professional manner with demonstrated customer service skills) • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Detailed oriented • Proficient typing skills (30 wmp) • Proficient computer skills • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment
