Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park and Beach is a Town of Oyster Bay residents only beach that has many amenities to offer its guests. Not only can you swim in Oyster Bay harbor, but there is a  pavilion, refreshment stand, two covered picnic areas, tennis courts, handball courts, basketball courts, softball fields, various children playground areas, uncovered picnic area, gazebo, and scenic walking paths throughout the facility. 
 
For the boaters and water lovers, there is a launching ramps for boats, a 97-slip marina, a Dingy racks, and kayak racks for storage.
