The fact that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will change your body cannot be denied. You can physically see your body changing with every day or week of training. What you might not see immediately is the improvements to your overall health as a result of this type of training.
Everything that a class at Over Under BJJ does, and the way the class does it, revolved around mutual teacher-student respect. The teachers will always provide a healthy and save environment for their students. Though they may spar against each other, students are not competitors, they are teammates who have come together to look after one another, be safe, have fun, and stay fit.
