Freedom Farms was founded by Dana & Lauren Cavalea—two Long Islanders who first met in high school, went off to pursue big careers, and ultimately reunited years later with a new shared purpose: building something meaningful, honest, and truly American.

Lauren spent her career at ABC News. Dana became a World Champion Performance Coach with the New York Yankees. But despite achieving success in their fields, the two felt called to build something real—something grounded in faith, family, and impact.

That calling became Freedom Farms.
