Located on the South Shore of Long Island in Freeport, Cow Harbor Park and Preserve serves to protect and display 150 acres of Long Island's marine wetlands. It is home to 150 varieties of birds and dozens of mammal species.  Cow Harbor Park offers many different lighted courts and playing fields in addition to a one mile jogging course and quarter mile nature trail. It also offer approximately 30 boat slips at its marina.
