The premiere summer Camp on Long Island, Camp W, located in Melville, NY, is a fantastic experience for your child to spend their summer. Camp W offers 1–9-week Camp sessions starting July 1, 2024 and ending on August 30, 2024. The camp day starts at 8:30 am and ends at 3:25 pm. Early Care is available from 7:30 am and Late Care is available until 5:55 pm. Each group will have no more than 15 campers, and will be supervised by a counselor and assistant. Our camp tuition includes everything, transportation, Early/Late Care, hot lunch, five camp shirts and all field trips.
Campers entering 2nd grade and up get to choose their afternoon activities. These activities range from athletic choices, Creative art classes or other unique hobbies such as Game Room, Camp Lounge, computers, remote control cars, fitness room, nerf battlefield, virtual reality and many other activities. We also have professionals who come to camp to run activities such as karate, sewing, and STEM. Hot lunch is served daily and ice cream is supplied every day to all campers.
The small camper to staff ratio ensures FANTASTIC SUPERVISION AND GREAT INSTRUCTION. Transportation is provided to campers who live in Melville, Plainview, Dix Hills, Commack, East Northport, Old Bethpage, Huntington and South Huntington. Swimming, waterslides, sports, creative arts weekly special events are all apart of your child’s wonderful experience at Camp W.

This must be one of the best kept secrets of camp. The staff is beyond nurturing and caring, the communicate with me weekly and told me all the great friends my daughter was making. A true family environment. As a working mom the free early and late care helps out so much. The owner Evan Wofsy is a great guy who only wants whats best for kids. Not your typical day camp. It has so many unique elective activities your children can choose what THEY REALLY ENJOY!!! Not enough space for me to write all the great things about this camp including air conditioning on hot days. My daughter was so grateful that I found a place that stays cool on those hot summer days. This camp is so affordable I can take my kids on vacation and send them to camp. What a true hidden gem...So happy I found this place.

My children had a wonderful time at Camp W. They loved the counselors and felt very comfortable there. The camp carnival was incredible and everyday there was something special going on. The owner, Evan is very accommodating and really cares about the campers. Exactly the kind of place I want my children to spend their summer days.
