Located on Fire Island, this marina park with its ocean and bay beaches is a popular with the residents. This area has a small community of 50 homes and its Marina has 158 transient boat slips. The beach can be accessed by private boat or ferry. 
 
This park consists of a marina, playground, barbeque areas, a snack bar, basketball court, handball court, and volleyball nets on the beach. Lifeguards are on duty seasonally.
 
If you are a boater there is fresh water hookup and a free pump out station.
