Long Island woman, Jasmine Davis was stabbed to death late Tuesday evening.  Police say her 18 year old ex-boyfriend; Denny Turcios-Reyes was taken into custody and is being charged with second-degree murder.

Davis, 20, was stabbed multiple times in her torso before she was found on Brookhaven Ave. in East Patchogue around 11PM.  

She was immediately taken to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.

It was said by individuals near the crime scene that the couple was having an argument before Davis was stabbed.  No one is sure what the two were fighting about and why it tragically escalated the way it did.  Turcios-Reyes will be arraigned this afternoon in Central Islip.
