LICM’s 20th Birthday Bash
Long Island Children’s Museum is one of Long Island’s most beloved destinations. Come down to celebrate their birthday at the LICM 20th Birthday Bash this Saturday and Sunday from 12:30PM-4:30PM! Enjoy fun activities including dance presentations by Ballroom Palace Dance Studio and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, performances by LICM favorites and of course birthday cake! Cost is free with Museum admission.
Massapequa Park 5k Turkey Trot
Thanksgiving is less than a week away! Head down to the Massapequa Park 5K Turkey Trot this Saturday, November 23rd at 9AM! The Trot will start at Lake Shore Dr. continuing North until Walker St. We will then turn left into Mansfield Park and continue south on the bike path. The trot will end at Brady Park with a post event awards ceremony and raffle. Check-in and registration will begin at 6:45 AM on the second floor of the Senior Center. Pricing is Race day: $30, $15 youth; $25 in advance.

Gingerbread Lane
If you are excited for the holidays and all the baked goodness that goes along with it, head on down to Gingerbread Lane this weekend at New York Hall of Science! Marvel at homemade gingerbread houses that are drafted, designed, baked, planned, built and decorated by chef Jon Lovitch over the course of an entire year. GingerBread Lane, a 1.5 ton, 300-square-foot village made entirely of edible gingerbread, royal icing and candy, is a contender for the Guinness World Record for the largest gingerbread exhibit. Don’t miss this amazing holiday event!
Montauk Fire Dept. Turkey Raffle
Thanksgiving is right around the corner so time to get in the spirit! Head on down to the Montauk Fire Department Turkey Raffle this Saturday, November 23rd, from 7:30PM-9:30PM!
