Staying active and in shape is easy in the summer. But when the temperature drops, staying outside for more than a few minutes never seems like a good idea. So if hitting the gym isn’t exactly your favorite way to stay fit, the inter can pose a problem.
Luckily, Long Island has plenty to offer in terms of indoor activities. From ice skating rinks to indoor sports leagues and sports complexes, you will have no trouble finding fun ways to stay active this winter.
