THOMAS J. GRECH NAMED TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT NASSAU LAND TRUST

GARDEN CITY PARK, NY - October 21, 2011 -Thomas J. Grech, resident of Malverne, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Nassau Land Trust, a Garden City Park-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to protecting open space in Nassau County. Mr. Grech is a Managing Director at JJT Energy, a leading New York energy service company serving residential and commercial customers in the natural gas and electricity markets. Previously, he served with SONY DADC as a Supply Chain Executive. He is a graduate of the University of Scranton and earned his MBA in International Business from Manhattan College. In addition, Grech has been an Adjunct Professor of Business at SUNY Farmingdale, and is president-elect of the University of Scranton's Alumni Board of Governors. Mr. Grech also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Malverne Public Library. The Nassau Land Trust, through an agreement with Nassau County, manages the former Grossmann's farm in Malverne, which has recently been renamed Crossroads Farm at Grossmann's. Operational since the late 1800s, it is the sole remaining working farm in southwestern Nassau County.
