North Massapequa Bust: Suspect Apprehended with Cocaine, Ketamine, Heroin, and Marijuana - Faces Multiple Drug Charges

The Seventh Squad reports the details of an Arrest on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 2:38pm in North Massapequa.

According to Detectives, Officers observed a male suspect from an earlier Vehicle and Traffic Law incident that occurred at approximately 1:40pm at the intersection of Broadway and N. Pine Street.  When the Officers approached, the suspect fled on foot; he was apprehended a few minutes later in front of 203 N. Pine Street.  As Officers arrested Mario Noboa, 34, of 561 Onderdonk Avenue, Ridgewood they observed a bulky object in his crossbody bag positioned on his chest.  The Defendant was found to be in possession of approximately 224g of a substance believed to be cocaine and 750mg of a substance believed to be ketamine.  The Defendant’s vehicle was impounded; recovered were substances believed to be: approximately 100 grams of heroin and 506 grams of marijuana.  

Defendant Mario Noboa is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree and three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree.  He will be arraigned on Friday, October 20, 2023  in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
