Human Remains Discovered in Wooded Area in Roosevelt, According to Officials
Roosevelt, NY - October 20, 2017 - The Homicide Squad in conjunction with Homeland Security Investigations secured information which led detectives to an area in Roosevelt.
According to police, on Thursday, October 19, 2017 an extensive search was conducted in a wooded area located at the west end of West Greenwich Avenue, Roosevelt. That search led to the recovery of human remains which appear to be male.
This investigation is ongoing.
