Actor Alec Baldwin was involved in a single-vehicle crash on Montauk Highway Monday afternoon when his white Range Rover collided with a tree, according to reports.

Baldwin, 67, was reportedly driving with his brother, Stephen Baldwin, at the time of the accident.  Police arrived quickly and provided assistance; no injuries have been reported.

The crash site was near Baldwin’s longtime summer residence in East Hampton. The actor has owned a 10-acre property in the area since 1995 and has been a fixture of the East End community.

Baldwin was in the Hamptons for the Hamptons International Film Festival, where he serves as co-chair of the Board Executive Committee.  He had been attending festival screenings and panels during the week.

His East Hampton home has been a focus of public attention in recent years. After the “Rust” set shooting in 2021, Baldwin listed the property for $29 million, later cutting the price and eventually removing it from the market in mid-2024.  He also began filming the TLC reality show The Baldwins at the property.

Representatives for Baldwin and the East Hampton Police Department have not yet issued an official comment on the crash.
