Several restaurant chains are offering sweet promotions and coupon offers leading up to Halloween that include tasty treats like pumpkin ice cream, frosty treats and scary face pancakes.

From pumpkin carving, haunted houses, dressing up in costume to all the sweet treats, there’s so much to enjoy around October and Halloween! Things get even better with these sweet deals from Wendy’s, Carvel and IHOP. Check out the promotions and coupon offers below in this week’s edition of Local Steals & Deals!

  • Carvel: Pumpkin is in season. Try out a scoop of Pumpkin Pie ice cream with this coupon to save $0.50 off any cup or cone (soft serve only). The coupon is valid through October 18, 2014. 
     
  • Wendy’s: From now through October 31, pick up a $1 Halloween Jr. Frosty Coupon Booklet that may include either coupons for 5 or 10 free Jr. Frosty treats. There are only a limited number of coupon booklets at participating locations, so get there quick! For each booklet sold, 90 cents goes to benefit the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
     
  • IHOP: From now through October 31, bring the kids in to create their own free Scary Face Pancake. The offer allows for one pancake per child (age 12 and under) for dine-in only. The offer is valid at participating locations so call your local IHOP restaurant before heading out.
