The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of two females that occurred on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 10:30 am in Seaford.
According to Narcotics/Vice Squad Detectives, an investigation was conducted at Foot Spa located 3597 Merrick Road. It was determined illegal massages and prostitution were being conducted at this location.
Narcotics/Vice Squad Detectives placed defendants Xiaojing Gao, 39, of 6601 Burns Street, Rego Park and defendant Lijuan Zhao, 37, of 13217 Maple Avenue, Flushing, under arrest without incident.
Defendant Xiaojing Gao is charged with Unauthorized Practice of Profession and defendant Lijuan Zhao is charged with Unauthorized Practice of Profession and Prostitution.
Both defendants were given an appearance ticket and are to return to court on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at First District Court, Hempstead.
