PCC Empowers People of All Abilities

Care-In is a night of music with a cause; highlighting the work of Positive Community Connections and the self-directed individuals that it supports. The organization’s goal is to give people of all abilities the opportunity to be active and socially engaged within their communities. It believes and upholds that everyone has the right to “Independence Without Isolation.” Every dollar raised from the event will go directly to benefit PCC.
