The extensive menu features breakfast egg sandwiches, omelette platters served with home fries and toast, and egg specials which include everything from the Hungryman (bacon,ham sausage, three eggs and cheese on a hero) to the Health Nut (egg whites, turkey, and swiss cheese on whole wheat toast or a wrap). 

There are plenty of lunch options that should please meat lovers and vegetarians alike. Choose from chopped salads and select from more than 30 toppings, You'll also find paninis, classic cold cut sandwiches, and a full line of sandwich specials such as the Fireman's Delight (smoked turkey, smoked ham, smoked Gouda cheese, bacon, lettuce, and Russian dressing) and the Sideburn (chicken cutlet, mozzarella, bacon, cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and bleu cheese dressing on a garlic hero). In a rush? Pick up one of the pre-made sandwiches or wraps. 

Quesadillas, chicken wings, burgers, and other hot items are also on the menu. Prices are reasonable which according to the website, is attributed to the deli’s vendor relationships which help them keep costs down.
